Pre-wedding: our experience was great. Kayla got to know us, understand what we were looking for and determine the overall feel of the video. She even sent us examples to better understand the vision. All communications and meetings were prompt and on time and Kayla is so personable and easy to get along with. We knew the moment we met in person that we made the right choice. Wedding day: Kayla and Zach were extremely flexible with the timeline. We ran a bit late at times, but they adjusted. They knew exactly what to do and what they needed to get their shots and they did just that. They made us feel comfortable and kept things light throughout the day. Post-wedding: communication was again very prompt. The finished products were delivered early and with the utmost care and attention to detail. Kayla’s wedding videos are truly magical.
