Bethany & Curtis

// PREVIEW //

We are so pleased and grateful that Rhyme & Rhythm was able to capture and film our wedding. We of course love our photos, but were more than impressed with the footage Kayla was able to capture of our day. Curtis and I both feel we would’ve had regrets if we hadn’t gone ahead with hiring Kayla. Kayla made the planning so easy by being in touch through phone and email, and was completely supportive of planning the video as a surprise for Curtis. We especially love the drone footage of the ceremony area, overlooking Curtis’ family farm land. Plus, when the microphone failed at the ceremony, she was able to still add our vows to the film by staying late to get our words captured again. Thank-you again for filming our day, and for working with our requests in the planning and the day of. It wouldn’t of been the same without you there!

Rolling fields of fragrant canola set the stage for the wedding of Bethany & Curtis. There’s something special about Saskatchewan; the great vastness of the prairie has a certain beauty, a freedom.

Bethany & Curtis are opposite in many ways. She’s sweet and shy, considerate and compliant. He’s take charge, big picture, organizing and directing. While these differences may seem a whole spectrum apart, there was one strong characteristic that we saw in both of them and that is dedication. Both the bride and groom are hard working, dedicated people not only to each other, but to their careers, family and friends.

We also got to surprise her fiancé with our presence at the wedding! Bethany had the idea to hire us as a surprise gift to Curtis. So we made fake pricing to deter him from hiring us and met up secretly on our way back from a Dauphin wedding to formulate the plan. It was so fun working alongside Bethany to pull this off!

Bethany & Curtis, thank you for everything! Your wedding was extremely memorable and Kerri & I had a blast!
