A colleague of mine had highly recommended Rhyme and Rhythm to me and they did not disappoint! I spent hours looking at all the videos they had produced and was truly amazed by the beauty of their work and all the special moments that were caught on film. They had me crying over wedding footage of people that I didn't even know, so I knew I wanted this for our day. When I first met with Kayla we had this instant connection. She had a genuine interest in our story and wanted to understand how we got to this point in our relationship. She met me for a secret sushi meeting and covered all the details that were important to capture and what I wanted the end result to look like. I left the rest in her hands as I knew she'd work her magic. Having Kayla (and Kerri) work with us on our wedding day was an absolute dream! They captured everything we could have ever asked for and more. They are hardworking, complete sweethearts and truly passionate about what they do. We are so happy to have this amazing memory to look back on forever and share with friends and family. One of the best decisions I've ever made! We love you ladies, Jen & Dennis

There’s nothing like starting off a wedding season with a surprise. Our bride, Jen had a plan to surprise her fiancé, Dennis, with a wedding film. We met in secret over sushi and came up with a plan on how to pull off sneaking 2 videographers into their wedding without him finding out.

April 15 came and we showed up to the first look, posed as the photographers third and fourth shooters (could you imagine?) Before he could see his bride, he had a letter to read where Jen confessed and revealed who we really were. Be sure to watch to the end of the film to see his reaction!

Who would’ve guessed that a plumbing problem could lead to finding your forever. Jen, recently graduated, purchased her first townhouse and right away began renovations. A troublesome sink issue left her needing to contact the neighbour that shared the wall. She left a note in the mailbox, and Dennis knocked on her door later that evening. It was love at first sight.

That front entrance would serve as the stage for yet another life-altering encounter. Dennis proposed to Jen at the very place they first met, the place where it all began.

Jen & Dennis, thank you so much for having us out for your wedding, even if only one of you knew what was going on! We loved capturing the fun you two have, and the honest adoration that is so evident in you both. We love you!
