Jacylyn & Brendyn

Blossoming trees, warm golden light, a ceremony nestled in grove along a lazy river; everything you picture for an early June wedding.

Jacylyn and I were first friends. We grew up a few miles apart, spending our summers camping at Detroit lakes with our families and when fall came, sitting together on the school bus. I felt very honoured when she asked if I would film her wedding. What a gift it is to grow up with someone and to see them walk through many milestones!

Jacylyn & BJ are the best of friends. They are both high achieving individuals who are devoted to family and friends, and spending as much time as possible at the lake. Jacylyn’s oldest brother, Jordan, had the privilege to marry them, and it was a special moment to see not only Brendyn’s reaction when Jace walked down the aisle, but Jordan’s as well.
