Amy & Ivan

After first meeting with Amy & Ivan, we knew that these two were something special. We talked for a whole evening about everything; their lives, their love and their excitement about their upcoming marriage and the roll we would play in capturing it for them. It’s so inspiring when our couples are just as passionate about our work as we are! We left that meeting highly anticipating September 2, 2016.

Just over a year after that first meeting, the big day came with a warm sun and a strong wind. Amy & Ivan wrote their own vows to each other. Through many tears, smiles and laughs they shared these promises. These words made for the foundation of this cinematic film that left me teary eyed throughout the editing process.

What stood out to me was the almost tangible change Amy & Ivan experienced during their ceremony. At the announcement of husband and wife, gone was their reserved and almost nervous nature. Joy radiated through them from that moment on. What a beautiful transformation!

Amy & Ivan, our wish for you is that you will always pursue each other with the same passion we witnessed on your wedding day. Your love is rare. Treasure it as such. We are so thankful to have gained two new friends!
